ដើម្បីចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់លើវិស័យអប់រំ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាការលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ប្អូនៗដែលស្រឡាញ់ការសិក្សាអោយមានឱកាសបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់ឧត្តមសិក្សា។ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ កម្ពុជា នឹងផ្តល់អាហារូបករណ៍ អាហារូបករណ៍១០០%សម្រាប់សិស្សឆ្នើមនិទ្ទេស A ទាំងអស់ក្នុងសម័យប្រលងមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិឆ្នាំ ២០១៧ ដោយមិនចាំបាច់មានការប្រឡងឡើយ ។
ប្រញាប់ឡើង មកដាក់ពាក្យចូលរៀន នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីទទួលបានអាហារូបករណ៍នេះ ចាប់ពីពេលផ្សាយដំណឹងនេះតទៅ។
